"Upon arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. The private underground parking was great for ease of unloading and accessing the apartment. Whilst the apartment was tidy, we found chewing gum on one of the chairs and the furniture was far from comfortable to sit on - although fine if you are just using it for short periods eating. "Lovely staff and welcome. Stunning views of grand Bornand. Apartment clean. Well presented. Was unusually hot so would have benefitted this time with air conditioning. Pool and spa excellent. Massage excellent too. Could have done with a mid-week cleaning service (even if for an additional price). Car park excellent.
