"The rooms are very minimal. I tired to have housekeeping come but they only came once during my 4 night stay. Several of the lights in my room didn’t work; and neither apparently did the thermostat. It was very hot especially at night."

"We asked for a baby crib and they brought it up to our room. Very good customer service. Nice breakfast. "

"Automated check-in did not work properly, we had to call hotel's helpline. The operator was very friendly and helpful and the issue was quickly resolved. The apartment as such was perfect."

"This was an odd property, more like a hostile or a room rental in a person's home than a hotel, but it served my needs, it was clean, safe, and was conveniently located for being far from Oslo (only a 10 minute direct train to downtown). My only issue was that I didn't receive any the check-in instructions with the key box code prior to my arrival; the issue was addressed quickly, but I had to make an international call (since I live in the US) to resolve it. I would consider staying here again."
