"Beautiful old home from the 14th century. The house has a stunning view of the Pope's Palace across the river. The gardens are delightful and the breakfast that was provided was wonderful. The host was very kind and gracious and parking in their fenced in lot across from the house was a tight fit but available. The house is easily walkable to the center of town, were there are lots of dinning opportunities. I highly recomend this location if you like beautiful historic properties. "

"Avignon is a fantastic place to visit, and I am glad I was able to take my wife there to see it (I had visited it before, 40 years ago). La Banasterie was beautiful, clean, comfortable, safe and literally steps away from the major sites in Avignon. The owners were extremely helpful, even helping me figure out how to retrieve and item I left on the train. If we ever visit again, I would not hesitate to stay in this same location."

"We had wonderful and unique experience staying at this French country farm style B&B/hotel, very quiet place surrounded by fruit orchard, we felt we stayed in a paradise. The hosts, Reve and Emma are so nice and helpful, their breakfast are just unbelievably fresh and tasty with variety of bread, croissant, jam, juice, fruit, egg and pie etc..the best breakfast in our entire 2 weeks trip in France. Our room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning helped a lot in the extreme hot...

"we had an amazing stay in a one of 5 bedrooms in an old converted terrace in a very small french village setting. Breakfast was included and made by the elderly lady who owns the property. It was such a pleasant place to stay and central for visiting sites such as Pont du Gard. We travel a lot in europe and will certainly include this property again "

"Ma pire expérience dans un hôtel ou maison d'hôte. La maison est très belle est eu certainement un jour son heure de gloire mais elle est aujourd'hui vétuste. En arrivant, la propriétaire nous a informé que nous ne pouvions pas utiliser la douche car il y avait des problème de canalisations. Les toilettes était extrêmement sales et une odeur nauséabonde s'en dégageait. La chambre était dans un état de propreté douteux. Les draps semblait propres mais les couvertures sentait fort le tabac froid....

"Cesar room was comfortable and reasonable size. Third floor (via stairs) wasn’t too bad. Terrace gave us a nice view if the countryside. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was excellent quality European breakfast."
