Large 3 bedroom holiday home on 2.5 acres of bushland bordering Hat Head National Park. Towards the top of Smoky Mountain only 4km to Trial Bay Beach or Little Bay at Arakoon, this property has two large decks, one facing north with filtered views to Trial Bay and Grassy Heads, the other facing west to take in the magnificent sunsets over the mountains.
Upstairs has modern furnishings with a large flatscreen TV & DVD player with a selection of DVDs, and there is an extra TV for the kids. There is a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and plenty of bench space. The main bathroom has a huge shower & bath. There is reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout, a gas BBQ available and outdoor setting on the wraparound deck.

Downstairs there is a rumpus room and also a laundry with a shower and toilet. This property has off street parking and room for a boat.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting you will need to bring your own (sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths).
