"Incredible staff, property and amenities. Peaceful location, beautiful grounds, and of course remarkable views and food! Cooking class with Maddalena was informative and very fun for our family of 4 adults. The bungalow slept 4 and was very spacious with outdoor seating courtyard. "Location is very nice. Nice view But they charge me previous guest’s fee. I was very surprised. Five star hotel did that kind of thing? I am still waiting for the refund that charges."

"Beautiful B&B with great views of the Valley of the Temples from its terrace and tower. Very nice breakfast was offered. Staff was helpful and even walked us to our room. Room was comfortable but dated. The bathroom was modern with all the amenities we needed."

"Everything was great. Shower in room 1 was VERY small."

"Parcourant la "Magna Via Francigena" j'ai effectué une halte ici, bien m'en a pris j'ai pu passer une nuit de sommeil récupérateur pour reprendre la route le lendemain. Je recommande ce logement 👍"

"Our host was very welcoming and helpful! A close walk to old town. Delicious Italian pastries and a sandwich for breakfast! The room and bed were very comfortable. Thank you!"

"VERY GOOD"

"Staff very friendly. No car parking on site. Had to park on the adjacent road. The spa facilities on site were amazing and the staff in there were also friendly. Spa services were additional cost but that was expected. During the evening meal and breakfast, it was like the staff were only interested in the large coach group in attendance. Breakfast choice was ok but if you get there a bit after it opens, the choice is very limited as the large group has had it all."

"The place is located in the countryside, and entrance is not that clear, so we missed it at first place. However, it is very clean and well maintained. The attached restaurant is surprisingly good, well above average level. Overall, we are satisfied, and recommend it to everyone."

"Ancient olive trees were a nice feature as was the option the eat sinner right a Lumia after a long day."

"Excellent location 5 mins to old town and close to temples. Alessia was very helpful. Lovely rooms and quiet."
