"The drain didn’t work well"

"Hotel staff helped me for parking when arrived and also departing. Small gesture but very warm and kind!"

"The hotel room had a distinctive moldy smell which we had to air out when we checked in. Check in process was unique as you have to self checkin on a kiosk machine. We wanted to ask if ee can change out the room but there were no staff on site."

"👍 good"

"Soundproof and very dark rooms with the window closed could not hear the construction nearby at all. A/C was fantastic very cold. The neighborhood was safe and the Korean BBQ nearby was delicious with helpful staff. The only thing I would recommend for the hotel is some larger towels, 4 hand towels make it a bit difficult to shower especially if there’s more than...

"Breakfast is average"
