Renovated 3-Room Apartment for 6 at the Foot of the Cable Car

Beautifully renovated apartment ideally located at the foot of the main gondola and only 550 metres from the village centre, with ski school meeting points just a short walk away. The apartment is situated on the third floor of a residence without a lift, offering a total surface area of 65 m², including 33 m² with a ceiling height below 1.80 m, and features a south-facing balcony.

The sleeping arrangements include a first bedroom with a 180 cm double bed, a second bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, and a mezzanine with two single beds that can be joined to form a double. Access to the mezzanine is via a steep staircase, not recommended for children under six. A travel cot is also available.

The bathroom includes a shower and the toilet is separate. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, induction hobs, a combined microwave and oven, and a TASSIMO coffee machine.

The apartment offers two flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, a HiFi system, a Bluetooth smart speaker, a washing machine, WiFi access and a storage cellar. Heating is collective and hot water is provided by an individual electric system.

Additional services are available, including end-of-stay cleaning (from €55 to €200), towel kits, bed linen hire (included from December to April except for short stays) and baby equipment . Guests can also benefit from discounts of up to 35% on ski passes and equipment hire.

Appart confortable, bien équipé également proche des pistes

Par contre on a cherché le casier à ski de l'appartement qui est le seul a se trouver au fond du garage. Il serait bien de m'indiquer dans la fiche descriptive remise par l'agence
