Staff was amazing!!

Staffs are super friendly and helpful, from the front receptionist, waiters, waitress, and chef. Breakfast has so many selections and the chef offered to make eggs anyway we’d like since we are lactose-intolerance and gluten sensitive. The room is spacious, clean, and super comfortable without A/C where other Dolomites hotels are so hot. We wish we had stayed longer here!

Great staff, beautiful surroundings!

The place was charmingly quaint. A bit off the beaten path, but literally along the ski slopes. Ski-in ski-out hotel with access to the Sellaronda (but don't miss the last lift or you're in for a 40 min taxi ride around the mountain). The place was spectacular, I'd totally stay here again

Sometimes a vacation is made more memorable by the people you meet vs the places you see. This is certainly the case here. The family was very friendly, knowledgeable of the area and provided useful information and insights. Attention to detail at every turn. See for yourself. Very nice "Spa" inside as well. Relax/meditation area with Teas on one floor and a cold water "grotto", dry and humid Sauna one level below. I had room 101 which offered two nice terraces. One offering shade...

New hotel. While they are working out the kinks, and the hallways and basement area between the garage and wellness center could be better designed and less industrial/cold, the hotel has great rooms, a great spa and pool area, and a great restaurant. Not truly ski-in/ski out, but only a short walk to the slope.

One of my favorite Hotels

Large, modern rooms. Excellent breakfasts. Friendly and helpful staff. Had free electric bikes to use which were incredible. Only downside is 10-15 walk downhill into town. Might be a problem for someone who is not fit (coming back up the hill). Would definitely stay there again.

Super helpful and friendly staff.

Excellent hotel! My husband and I travelled during off season so enjoyed a quiet and peaceful stay at half board. Staff were extremely attentive, breakfast and dinner was 5 star quality; there were more options to try than you could possible fit in. The spa was heavenly after a long day of hiking. The room was spacious and offered a beautiful view from the balcony. I only wish we skipped Milan and spent a full week here. There is so much to do in all of the small towns. We loved everything about our stay. The hotel is spectacular. The rooms are roomy, very nice. The pools and spa services are top notch. The location is great, Ortesei is a great town and base for hiking in the Dolomite’s. If you have a chance to stay at this hotel, do it!
