"The service from check-in to check-out was great! By Colombian standards everything was great. Our friend and I shared a room and we both slept great on the beds. The semi-firm pillow felt like the one I have at home. The view was impressive and the food was great. Definitely coming back. Special commendation to Angie at the reception, Eduardo the bell hop, and to the people at the reservations desk for making our reservations extra smooth! Thank you to the room service ladies for cleaning our room and making it look amazing. "Oh my goodness, we just got back from the most amazing place! It was SO peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a couples getaway. The view from our room? Seriously breathtaking – the whole lake and sunset, right in front of us! The weather was gorgeous, and the food was delicious. Everyone who worked there was super friendly and helpful. Plus, we got to try jet skiing and a boat ride! The room was perfect, super cozy with a heater (it was a bit chilly!), and they even had a great TV and speaker. Just a heads up, it's probably better for adults than kids – the playground was tiny. We're already planning our next trip back, it was that good!"
