"We absolutely loved our stay at Samfi Gardens! The view is stunning and unmatched, even from other viewpoints on the island. The staff is so lovely and kind and accommodating, the breakfast is delicious, and the hotel really is a slice of paradise. If we are back in St Lucia we will absolutely be coming back to Samfi Gardens. It’s secluded, by the hotel offers taxi services so you can easily get around if you order a taxi. We loved it!! "

"The property is very clean and modern.. I love the huge rain shower.. it’s walking distance to food and the beach which was perfect for me. Cute and quiet community it served its purpose I got lots of rest and relaxation with amazing views. Valna was there to help with anything I needed she helped arrange tours and car service and different recommendations.. "Great base to visit local attractions. You need a car to get anywhere; the road up from the beach/town has no pavement and is steep so not really walkable. The final road to the apartment is a track with more holes than road so a 4x4 recommended. The apartment is spacious and the views fabulous but it’s a shame the ‘wild’ cockerels and dogs aren’t a bit quieter at 4am!"

"Roger and Alicia’s apartment was perfect! It was spacious, finished to a high standard and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay.Roger and Alicia were absolutely brilliant hosts, they live upstairs so are on hand if you need anything. Roger met us outside when we arrived at night and gave us a tour of the apartment. The next morning, Alicia came down to check if we needed any help putting together an itinerary for our stay/booking restaurant reservations etc. She had some great recommendations - we had a wonderful meal at Island Chef! Above all, they are both really lovely people who make you feel so welcome (and gave us some great life advice).In terms of location, the apartment is in a quiet residential area which is a 15 minute walk from the waterfront and 5 minute’s walk from the supermarket.In the apartment itself, I liked having access to a washing machine (bring your own liquid detergent), and the jacuzzi was much needed after we had hiked up Grand Piton! We loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings admiring the view of the Piton at sunset, and then looking at the stars.The shared pool is much bigger than the pictures show, and is cleaned every day. The bedroom had air conditioning and kitchen area has a fan which helped to keep us cool.This is one of the best holiday apartments we’ve ever stayed in, in terms of location, amenities and hosts. We’d recommend to our family and friends and hopefully we’ll be back one day. :) "

"The host cancelled our reservation at the eleventh hour for no reason and only after I emailed them for check-in instructions that were overdue. Literally, two hours before the check-in time and with spoty internet access we were left stranded and had to look for alternate accommodations. Worst experience ever. I would never book with this unreliable host again."
