"Steve was amazing. So helpful, very respectful and a great people person. We arrived late at night and he talked to us as we were family. In the morning breakfast was already done and we came down, the lady cleaning up was so helpful, so sweet. She asked me if I wanted coffee..she saw me struggle with he juice machine that was off and she turned it back on. So sweet. The whole hotel was so clean. The room was wonderful. Best stay ever..no complaints at all."
