"Very old building, but modest updates have been done, and pretty clean. I felt safe. Parking was fine, old fashioned motel, park in front of the room. That was cool. Don't expect luxury, its not the Hilton, but for the money, I would say, satisfied."

"Traveling with our elderly mother, we reached out to the Host to ask if we could check in 50 mins early. The check in time of 4pm is too late and most VRBO's are 3pm. We were ignored for over an hour both text, VRBO message and phone calls. So we went to the house after 4pm and saw the cleaning crew was still there. They told us they weren't done and we needed to come back. This was now 15 minutes PAST the 4pm check in time. The Host never sent the door code even past the check in time which is why we drove to the house. So we told the cleaners we were coming in regardless of them being done. We were exhausted from a very long trip and had already driven around for over an hour waiting to get in. Then In order to get some privacy and have them leave earlier we had to agree to finish laundry and remake one of the beds ourselves. There really is no excuse for this. The check in time was too late as it was and then to be ignored for over an hour when check in instructions should have been sent before check in. Then to have to sit in a house while it is finished being cleaned is unacceptable. The home was clean and as described. We were just very upset at the debacle of the check in process. "

"The ladies behind the counter were very nice, but it's downhill from there. The room was dirty. The floors were filthy, the coffee maker didn't work, and I got locked in the bathroom. The bathroom floor was in disrepair. A person in the room next door had the TV on all night long. At one point I could tell they were watching Matlock. There was a family of 10 living in the room two doors down. This should be a hard pass unless you are okay with diminishing your life expectancy by a week."

"No breakfast offered even though it's listed. You can't get into the lobby they do everything through the night window that's just big enough to pass your hand through. The bathroom looked like it hasn't been thoroughly cleaned based off the amount of dirt in the corners and the shirt tag stuck to the wall from a previous renter. The pool was completely unusable. I know it's not spring yet but you'd think with it being right around the corner they would at least be working on it or something. Also, the playground is one like I used to play on when I was a kid in the 80's like it was built then and never updated so unless you are up to date on your tetanus shot I wouldn't go near it. Not family friendly it's used as a long term rental place with broken down beat up cars in the lot that you can tell didn't go anywhere. Only up side is it's right there walking distance to get to silver springs but it's not worth the stay. Rude staff I will definitely not return. I even made a complaint with Expedia regarding the false advertisement with this property. Most the the images you see have been documented up by Ai."

"The hotel provides no coffee and when asked if they had a coffee pot we could use they explained we would have to pay $40 for a tiny coffee pot ( retail value $10 ) and then it would be ours to keep , this is their policy as they do not have a way to sanitize the pot . Although there is kitchen amenities in the room they provide to utensils , dishes or pots. Very very disappointing ! "

"A beautiful spacious home set into the woods a 20 minute drive from Santos trail and 15 minutes from downtown. Everything you want with plenty of room Miguel was very accessible and sent a nice welcome text with all the info I needed including some biking suggestions "

"Just a minute or two from all types of restaurants, retail shopping and groceries. This house has tons of space & an awesome pool/backyard area. The host was super quick to answer all my questions and very accommodating to all our needs. Will stay again"
