Escape to our charming cottage, nestled just a stroll away from the sandy shores. With accommodation for up to 6 guests, it`s perfect for families or friends seeking a relaxing retreat. Unwind in the inviting hot tub after a day of beach adventures. The fully stocked kitchen awaits culinary creations, whether it`s a hearty breakfast or a gourmet dinner. HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 2 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors`way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
- Please make sure the hot tub cover is on when not in use
