"I was travelling for work and under a lot of pressure and was in an overwhelmed state. Rosemary on reception noticed and was absolutely outstanding, supportive and genuinely cared about making sure I had everything I needed for my event that evening. She was on reception again when I left and I thanked her. This kind of caring service can not be taught you either have it or you don’t. Rosemary went above and beyond her job in support of my stress levels. I could not be more grateful and will always return to the Sage hoping I can repay her kindness.
