"The hotel is beautiful, the scenery is amazing and the place offers a serenity that brings immediate peace and tranquillity. The only reason that I’m giving 4 stars is that the restaurant has some serious staffing issues. There are no vegetarian dishes on the menu, you need to let them know in advance so that they can prepare something, and don’t let the waiter convince you that you are half board because that can cause issues. The staff in reception are brilliant though, friendly and helpful. They helped turn a negative experience into a positive one. We would go back to this hotel, but maybe eat elsewhere. "

"It is a new hotel in a restored building in the old town. When we arrived it was their first day of opening. The staff were all very pleasant. The public area was beautiful and welcoming. We had a double room which included a small balcony and terrace. The only downside was the size of the bedroom. It was quite small for two people. Overall a pleasant experience. I would recommend."
