"Nice place. A bit pricy. Parking only in park garage nearby. Make sure front desk gives you good direction. Garage hard to find otherwise. Contrary to Expedia listing, parking is 20 Swiss francs. "

"Our stay was wonderful. The room was clean and spacious. The sister hotel, Hotel Romantik Santis, was also excellent. The sauna is located offsite (not at Hecht) but was easy to reserve. Also, I highly recommend the restaurant at Santis. The food, wine menu, and service were outstanding."

"This hotel is great value for money. Rooms are functional and they have a nice breakfast set up. If you are on a budget l highly recommend this place. We are so grateful to them as they found and stored our ipad for 2 weeks so they are also very honest "
