"Our stay was to help our son who is moving to the area with home renovations. We didn't spend much time at the house other than coming home at the end of the day and cleaning up. It was nice that we could bring our dog, and we felt comfortable in the space with him. The weather was rainy, but the back porch looked like a great space to hang out if it had been nicer."

The home was just as described and had everything needed for a perfect stay. Hosts Linda and Josh were great and really stepped up to ensure for our comfort and safety when a storm came through the area. "We all loved this place. it's so quiet there that gives a strange feeling but in a good way. The hot tub was clean and the kids had a great time there. Brian is honestly the best I've seen regarding communications. I hope that I can deal with him again which I'm planning in the future. "The house was clean but an odd layout with the spaces very broken up; no where to eat together and hard for 5 people to lounge in the same room comfortably. There are a few maintenance and basic supply updates the host could make for a better overall experience. Location was remote and quiet."

"I will try to be as fair as I can here with our review. The house is absolutely gorgeous sitting on a no wake zone of the beaver river. We had previously taken 3 trips to the marina without too much problems. The owners always seemed to have a little anxiety with us launching on their ramp. The first trip was a day trip that we gladly paid the $50 transient dock fee and was told that they let me "slide" by using their ramp. 2nd visit was an overnight trip that once again, we gladly paid the...

"It was ok. I've stayed in better and worse. 1. The hot tub didn't work the 2nd day and we were just too tired to call or deal with it 2. It was buggy- 3. There a mouse problem. I saw other people have brought it up so either it hasn't been dealt with or it's an ongoing problem. Mice don't bother me but there were dropping on the stove and counters. I wouldn't make food there. It was cute, we liked the decor and the quaintness"

"This was perfect for our stay while we visited Hocking Hills. When we weren’t out hiking in the park, we enjoyed paddling around the pond in the little kayak, lounging in the hot tub, and dining on the deck overlooking a lovely back yard. The common living space was pleasantly laid out with plenty of room for sitting or indoor activities. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Gray Manor. The cabin felt secluded and was in a good location in relation to the places we wanted to go. Everything was clean and in working order. The kids loved exploring the ravine behind the cabin, and the hot tub was a nice way to end each day of hiking. If we ever come back to the area I would probably try to book this cabin again. My only suggestion to the owners would be to put a blackout curtain on the upstairs bathroom, because you can see right...

"We enjoyed relaxing at the cute cozy cottage. We were in town to go to the Harmony Christmas Festival. It was nice to hang out at the cottage after our day out.
