"the location is great, plenty of parking, the breakfast was also great, the attendants were right on top of everything, rooms are very nice, we totally enjoyed our stay. the only negative was thursday evening there was a bunch of unsupervised children at the pool, jumping constantly into the pool, the whole area around the pool was very wet and slippery"

"Clean and well planned. Some maintenance issue: Twice in the past year we've stayed in a room in which the HVAC system had to be turned off overnight. The heat pump was too loud to even listen to TV, much less sleep. The first time we asked for another room. This time we put up with it, but some minor maintenance could quiet that pump. In addition, the instructions for parking for free in the University owned deck are confusing and two different employees at the registration desk gave me different directions, leading to me having to pay to get out of the deck. That process needs to be cleaned up. The front desk should provide a voucher good for the length of stay. Simple, bar code, voucher that would fix that problem."

"The staff was very helpful and very pleasant. After 2 days of being there found out fridge did not work. We told the lobby staff and by end of day it was fixed. Bathroom appears dirty from wear and tear. Needs updating all around. Breakfast was very good. Location great."
