"Absolutely AMAZING hotel! From the moment we walked in the doors it felt like our home away from home. Super clean, very friendly staff members, and great amenities! Room was spacious with a gorgeous Mountain View, and the breakfast was delicious every morning, and was included in the price. Lots of options to choose from so everyone was happy. The pools are amazing as well as lazy river and hot tub! We also loved winding down at night around the cozy fire pit. We were super sad to leave and will 100% be back in the near future!"

"The property was nice, clean , breakfast was good. The only thing I would like to have seen different is the bathroom bigger with a sink in it and a fan in the bathroom."

"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! The breakfast was decent. The coffee was good. Great location close to the mall and lots of restaurants, I wish there was a jacuzzi and I wish the pool was heated. Overall it was good and I would stay there again."
Edgewater Hotel - Gatlinburg

"We generally enjoyed our stay with the highlight being the central location in Gatlinburg. The staff was great, the free breakfast was surprisingly good (the biscuits and gravy were delicious) and the parking was convenient. The property feels old, kind of stinks and our room was very dated but it was clean. My daughter loved the pool area as well. In general it was a nice stay but I do wish it felt more updated and that the beds weren't so rickity."

"It's a nice spot centralized to downtown. The rooms are just kind of old. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls and there were some stains on them. The jets in the hot tub didn't work."
