"Pros - location was good, was pretty quiet, clean with a good shower. Lots of space. Cons - fridge didnt work particularly well, maid service was a bit hit and miss some days we didnt get coffee or spare loo roll topped up for example"

"The staff was super sweet, the 1st lady when I checked in was a bit rough/rude but everyone else was pleasant & it made a huge difference. I was traveling for my moms funeral and they were so accommodating with storing my bag, providing extra shampoo/conditioner etc. sad I didn’t get to enjoy my final night due to a flight issue, but the night I did stay was great. "

"Everything about the stay was great. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean. The hotel is in a nice area with shopping and eating options within 10 minutes. The hotel is not far from Truist Park and The Battery. My wife and I would recommend this hotel."

But staff quickly reassigned us to another room. Breakfast staff was also very pleasant and helpful in making a perfect BW waffle for me!"
