Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort - A Caesars Rewards Destination

"Room was clean and secure, but the bed was horrible! Way too soft and really aggravated my back issues. Restaurants were plentiful and all located basically in one area convenient to the casino, but were pricy. We did especially enjoy one dinner at Ruth Chris. Service was fantastic, and the food was exactly what you always expect at Ruth Chris. The hotel charged us an additional $40 per night to upgrade to a non smoking room even though that’s what we reserved and paid for thru Expedia. They do not service your room unless you specifically ask and they only furnish a bare minimum number of towels for two people."

"We were there during a music festival at the convention center. Perfect location for this within walking distance. Parking was easy and convenient. Breakfast was very good - I would say better than average for a continental breakfast but the same thing every day. Probably because of the festival, someone in a room below us was smoking weed on their deck which got sucked into our room through the air conditioner. Can't really blame the venue for that though. The workout room is very lacking - a few pieces of equipment with one of the treadmills not working and only cardio...no weights. Overall I would stay here again...staff was friendly and helpful all around. They are not joking when they tell you not to leave food in your car...bears are very much around. We saw two bears in 4 days near the hotel."

"Everything and Everyone was great! The only small objection was the outdoor pool closed too early. We had a blast anyway. The rooms were clean, the staff was pleasant, the food was a tad expensive but you pay for convenience. We are definitely coming back one day."
