"This place has it all what a great spot with its own surf break out front. The beach and the private pool were amazing. The house and grounds are immaculate. What an awesome place that was well worth the money. Lots of cool places to go to eat and friendly people. Our GPS worked with no problem so navigating through Nicaragua Street and seeing the sites was a breeze. Nicaragua is definitely a must see on your bucket list. If you’re looking for an uncrowded surf and basically private beach with a beautiful pool on grounds, this is the spot. "

"We loved the location because we could walk just about anywhere. There is a nice dining and shopping area near by as well as the Central Park and church. The staff was beyond friendly and very helpful! The only reason why I gave it less stars is because the property’s bed arrangement in the 4 bed units, it felt tight and also it can use some upgrades. Also we were unlucky with the room facing the street and it got very loud. "
