"Proximity to the parks was outstanding. Only about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. House was pretty nice but disappointed that the pool was filthy dirty and full of debris. The tile was also dirty on the pool walls and the pool was as just generally dirty including yellowing on the seating in the seating area.
