"This house was perfect for our stay - 14 women who attended boarding school together. The house afforded numerous choices for sleeping; meals both inside and out on the lanai, a wonderful pool and spa; even flyovers equivalent to the Blue Angels during the afternoon. Amenities were amazing- from the modern appliances, gourmet utensils, a washer/dryer, massive TVs, a perfect WiFi, dish and hand soaps, shampoo,hand sanitizer, paper products galore. "Property was the perfect place to gather with friends. Everyone had a separate bed which is a huge plus for 11 grown men. We chose to bring in a chef one night to enjoy dinning onsite by the pool. Wonderful time, great memories!"

"We were supposed to check in by 3 PM, but when we showed up at 5 PM the cleaners of the house were still there and we had to wait and sit and wait in the driveway until 6 PM until they were finished cleaning. The house smelled like smoke and marijuana and wasn’t the cleanest. "

"This is one of our favorites! The location is ideal with easy access to Manatee Ave. The park has an incredible old pine tree and wonderful air off of the river. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. We loved the garden area out back. Thank you for making this a nice home away from home."

With that I never felt unsafe or there were any issues, we woke up every morning at 5AM and ran down to the waterway since it is right next to downtown.
