"We had a one night stay here on our Australia trip. We stayed in the Captain's Cottage which was a lovely, spacious room. It was beautifully furnished and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. There is complimentary tea and coffee for guests in the main building, as well as in the rooms. We went in to get a drink at about 8 pm but the coffee machine had run out of most choices and the water to make the tea was lukewarm. Not a huge problem but maybe something to think about...

"Property is in a great location with an easy walk to shops. Room was clean modern and spacious with a comfortable bed. We enjoyed our overnight stay and would definitely stay again."

"Room was not clean dirty towels cups and unmade bed. Property owners were not available. It was the worst experience. We had to book else where and now no refund is being processed we are completely disgusted in the service from Expedia and the Rayville boat house it’s unacceptable. We drove 3 hours to find a room unusable and then not being able to get in contact with the owner then they contact back hours later after we had to find somewhere else. Worst experience. "

The issue arrives as we were staying on site that our in room tv would not work. We asked staff for assistance but they just did not want to know about. They said there were issues but all the tv’s in the bars were working ok. Very disappointed!!"
