"The bed is veeu small, the rooms are not what you see in the fotos. The bed had black "escrements" that came from the roof"

"The building is new so everthing functions as it should , a brown occurred and the generator back up was available. Good water pressure and good wifi , hot showers "

"Stayed here for 12 days. Beautiful property and friendly staff and tenants. Felt like home. My gf and I stayed an additional 4 days here instead of going to downtown dumaguette. Walking distance to Valencia town square (12/13 mins)."

"What a beautiful island, the people are lovely, we felt very safe, and Juvy's Beach House is a spectacular option for your home base. Situated on the windier side of the island, you'll be treated to sea breezes all day and evening long and you'll truly live an indoor/outdoor life here. The beds are comfy, my partner and I appreciated the Scandinavian sleep method of separate comforters! We might make some changes back home... Juvy is a wonderful host. She walked us to the local grocery...
