"Was a great hotel to stay in"

"We had a great stay! The staff was welcoming, the room was clean, and the ocean view was beautiful. Breakfast, especially the omelette station, was better than other hotels in the area. The only issue was poolside service. A few requests were missed, and one server was dismissive about a missing food item and insisted we didn’t order it instead of helping fix it. Luckily, another staff member helped resolve it. Overall, the team was friendly and helpful, and we’d definitely stay here again!"

"What a wonderful place to stay in the hills away from the city. The location is amazing with an incredible view over to the bay. We were made to feel welcome and valued as guests and could not speak more highly of Lolita and her team who were all very accommodating and helpful to us being first time visitors to Samoa. "This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff are all very nice and welcoming. Complimentary breakfast with a couple of options so you can choose what you’d like is great. It’s very quiet at night, but still close enough to downtown to walk. Check-in is super easy. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it. "

"We stayed here for 3 nights and liked that the location is close to main town. All hotel staff are very friendly and helpful even the Discovery Rental & Transfer. Food was great and loved the variety of food for breakfast, coffee machine cost but they have filter coffee for free which was fine too. The entertainment was great - live band on Friday & Sunday and try and not miss the Fiafia night on Wednesdays. They also have a souvenir shop which was convenient. Overall, service was amazing and you can’t get a better hotel in Apia for the price and location. Thanks Tanoa Tusitala Hotel staff! "
