"One of the best resorts I have EVER stayed on! The food was so fresh and delicious, different options everyday. I didn’t even dine at the restaurants as intended because the buffets were SO GOOD! The drinks were spot on every time, delicious and generous with alcohol. I have never been around such friendly staff from start to finish. Everyone greeted you warmly and had a smile. The leadership at Sugar Bay must be doing something right because staff seem happy and it makes for a quality experience. I rarely feel like I’d want to return to the same place but I would 100% return to Sugar Bay! Amazing!!!"

"The hotel is very clean and there are plenty of staff on hand to help, especially at reception. We were very well looked after and well fed. Our ocean view room was lovely and quiet and the beds were very comfortable. We loved all the water sports directly on the beach which were included. We never had to wait for any activities and all kit was provided. We enjoyed the complimentary water taxi up to Payne’s Bay where we saw turtles and a tarpon! The sea was clear and warm and the small beach at Waves well kept. Being brought lollies, melon and drinks on the beach was great. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so special. "
