"What a peaceful and relaxing delight. The dining was exquisite. Well worth the trip and very easy to get to using only public transportation from Amsterdam. After taking a train, get a bus at Amsfoort. Eight stops later, it stops in front of the hotel Couldn't be easier. "

This year the reception desk has been turned into a self service with help provided by friendly staff. Not sure this is an upgrade but it didn't detect from the experience."

"This quaint hotel is located right in the central square in the centre of town. There is a restaurant downstairs which has excellent food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything you want is within a few minutes walk. The room that we had was large and airy and bright. It was no trouble to get extra towels and pillows. All the staff were very friendly and the service in the restaurant was very friendly and efficient. My only negative is the stairs. Stairs in the Netherland seem to be built for mountain goats. The stairs going up to the first floor are very steep and shallow. The stairs to the second floor are almost as steep, almost ad shallow and they curve. If you cannot climb stairs, I would not recommend this hotel."

"We hebben een heerlijke paar dagen gehad op een rustig park, in een ruim huis met een mooie en ruime tuin. De kinderen konden zowel binnen als buiten lekker spelen en gebruik maken van de faciliteiten van het park, zoals het zwembad en de speeltuintjes. Het huis is wat gehorig, in het geval van kinderen een minpuntje, maar eigenlijk het benoemen niet waard."
