"I celebrated my 60th birthday at Villa Francesca, along with my husband, kids (plus my daughter's boyfriend), several of my sisters, a niece (plus my niece's boyfriend), and a few great friends. "Wir (8 Erwachsene und 7 Kinder) hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Arsicci bei Paolo. Nach dem freundlichen Empfang hat es uns im Haus selbst an nichts gefehlt. Mehr als genügend Platz im Haus für alle Aktivitäten, Highlight der wunderschöne Billardtisch im UG sowie die liebevolle Einrichtung aller Zimmer. Doch das absolut beste an der Unterkunft war der riesige Park mit wunderschönem Pool. Wir hoffen noch einmal zurück zu kommen!"

"Emilia's home is a wonderful cozy farm house. Emilia met us on arrival with bruschetta, sandwich squares, snacks and a bottle of wine. She was on site daily feeding the cats and available to respond to questions. The views from the house were spectacular. You look over the vineyard into the Tuscan hillsides. Mid week there was a fruit torte on the table as a surprise. It was fantastic. Emilia is fully of warm hospitality. Our family would definitely come back again and will also recommend her...

"The Villa is a wonderful place to stay. It’s set in the beautiful Italian countryside and is completely private with gorgeous views. The pool and hot tub are fantastic- sitting in the tub looking at the hills or stars is magical. The house is well equipped, spacious and with lots to do. The covered patio is perfect for sheltering from the sun and eating meals outside. We would highly recommend. (It is just quite a basic steep road to approach the place, but definitely worth the effort!)"
