The owner should be very proud of what he has created here, he has impeccable taste and his attention to detail to ensure the comfort of his guests is an example to others. "Emilia's home is a wonderful cozy farm house. Emilia met us on arrival with bruschetta, sandwich squares, snacks and a bottle of wine. She was on site daily feeding the cats and available to respond to questions. The views from the house were spectacular. You look over the vineyard into the Tuscan hillsides. Mid week there was a fruit torte on the table as a surprise. It was fantastic. Emilia is fully of warm hospitality. Our family would definitely come back again and will also recommend her...

"Had a good time, check in wasn't done properly. But we believe that it was a coincidence and will not happen again. Anything else was nice. The road is a bit difficult to drive on. Would recommend a car with a bit ground clearance. We are coming back most definitely."

"We enjoyed a lovely week staying at Villa Costa Piccola. Leonella was very helpful with any queries we had both before and during our stay, and made us a lovely tiramisu on arrival which the whole family enjoyed. Lots of places to explore locally (we visited Montepulciano, Arezzo, Assisi and Gubbio). We also spent a couple of days at the villa enjoying the pool and the peace and quiet. Villa was spotless and well equipped. Supermarkets in Umbertide were easy to get to for any supplies needed....

"Questa è una proprietà così splendida con una vista così incredibile! Il personale è stato così cordiale e accomodante durante il mio soggiorno. Ho fatto un lungo viaggio di ritorno a un'altra destinazione e ho chiesto di usare il loro forno a microonde per la mia zuppa. L'hanno fatto felicemente e mi hanno persino permesso di tenere il loro cucchiaio! Un ringraziamento speciale a Georgia che si è assicurata che avessi tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno per il mio lungo viaggio! Vorrei aver trascorso più tempo sul terreno dato che è così incredibilmente sereno. Hanno fatto uno sforzo così enorme per garantire che gli ospiti abbiano un'esperienza straordinaria qui! "The hotel is new, clean, well designed and uncluttered. Plenty of common areas, roomy breakfast hall with natural light. The rooms are large and the bathrooms have big showers with glass walls (no shower curtain needed). The front desk is helpful and the breakfast staff went out of their way to feed us even if we got there 5 minutes before closing. Free parking and space reserved to charge EVs. "
