Apartment Pine with shared hot tub

This cozy two story apartment is perfect for up to 5 guests (4 adults and one child). On the ground floor there is a open space kitchen equipped with all modern appliances, dining area, living room area with large sofa and flatscreen TV and a toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Main bedroom has one double bed and one single childrens bed and a balcony with seating area. Second room has two single beds.On the outside there is a terrace with seating area next to the herb garden, 2 parking spaces, shared BBQ and shared hot tub (with one other apartment).
IMPORTANT NOTES:
CHECK IN time is from 4PM.
CHECK OUT time is until 10 AM.

- Pets are allowed only with previous request and possible additional payment!
.- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00
- Shared hot tub is available from 15th of April until 15th of November

For adventurers, eager for adrenaline, Sabunike offers an unforgettable experience of windsurfing or kite-sailing due to the strong wind, the bura, that blows from Velebit. After Bol on Brač, Sabunike is the most famous surfing destination. Walking along the observation deck, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the junction of the sea and the Velebit mountain, and if you happen to be there in the morning, you will be the first to see the sun that day! The beautiful sight of the sunrise and the beginning of a new day are the most impressive from this point. Take unforgettable photos at the observation deck, your own private photo session.
