Atendimento bom, perto da basílica nova e da igreja velha. O Hotel é novo, ainda está bom, mas aparenta que não possuem muito cuidado. O restaurante do hotel não é bom, não tem muitas opções e o atendimento é demorado. O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções.

Hotel novo , mas funcionários totalmente perdidos nas informações . Não trocaram nossos toalhas. Liguei na recepção ,o atendente disse que iria fazer a troca e nada . Outro ponto : no hotel no terraço tem um restaurante que acredito que não seja do hotel , mas é horrível ,péssimo atendimento , donos extremamente mal educados e sem funcionários para atender . Espero que o hotel reveja essa situação .

Péssima experiência
Hotel horrível e que não se preocupa com o conforto dos hospedes. Primeiramente quero relatar um problema no banheiro do meu apartamento: o vaso do banheiro estava totalmente solto, avisei assim que vi , porém devido a superlotação do hotel não houve possibilidade de troca de apartamento, assim usamos o vaso tentando nos equilibrar. Ainda sobre o banheiro, o box é minúsculo e com certeza, uma pessoa grande teria dificuldades. O frigobar fica vazio e a única opção para comprar bebidas é uma maquina na recepção que só aceita dinheiro em espécie, o que nos dias de hoje é bem difícil alguém ter na carteira. O entorno do hotel dá até medo de sair pra comprar qualquer coisa, de tão horrível. Um camelódromo a céu aberto, parece que estamos na India de tanta bagunça. Como era impossível sair a noite usamos o serviço terceirizado do restaurante no terraço, um árabe com poucas opções de petiscos e sanduíches. Pensem em uma comida horrível e serviço péssimo, demorado e totalmente sem sabor. Pra completar, o café da manhã: o salão não comporta a quantidade de hospedes, precisamos esperar mesa, ás opções são poucas e demoram fazer reposição. Finalizando, são apenas 2 elevadores para um prédio de 17 andares, no horário do café, esperamos cerca de 10 minutos para o elevador parar vazio. Sugiro inclusive que revejam esse horário que é apenas de 6 as 9 h, o congestionamento por volta dr 8:30 h é algo que gera muito desconforto aos hospedes. Enfim, o hotel não vale o que cobram.

Lugar limpo, construção nova, com bom espaço no quarto, chuveiro ótimo, bom atendimento dos funcionários. Colchões bons porem travesseiros ruins, velhos e tortos, café da manhã simples, bom mas sem variedade, apenas pães, e não havia café coado, apenas de maquina.
