"Really friendly and helpful all the persons great service highly recommended"

"This property was absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. The dining areas were gorgeous and varied and the food was amazing, delicious, and inexpensive. "It's a cute small hotel in Apaneca, very conveniently located between Apaneca and Ataco. The hotel is clean nothing fancy but is comfortable."

"Este es un lugar maravilloso para escapar del bullicio de la ciudad. Es absolutamente impresionante y tranquilo. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y limpias. ¡Recomendaría este hotel a cualquiera!"

"The food was delicious and we waked the garden while we waited for our food. Very clean and service was great! I would definitely recommend this place."

"No hot water! Had to take cold showers! Not pleasant."

"The thermal water pools are great, the gardens overall could be beautiful but have been neglected not cleaned at all or signs of being cleaned, dogs begging for food while we ate was an awful feeling, the dogs were so hungry that break into trash cans theres is trash overnight from the dogs going thru it left like nothing. Property has potential to be a great Hot Spring Spa if they cared more for it......Our room had no water pressure to shower, toilet runs super slow, bed was ok."

"Excellent hotel, staff is very nice. Breakfast was great and its near everything."

"La propiedad está dentro del parque Cerro Verde. Las instalaciones están en buen estado, muy limpias, el personal 10/10. El restaurante con un menú variado. Los desayunos muy buenos. Lo mejor es la vista al volcán de Izalco"

"Beautiful property. Very clean. Owners are extremely friendly, polite and accommodating. Breakfast was also fantastic and so was the coffee. Highly recommended if you want a nice, cool, private and quiet place away from the noisy traffic. I will stay again the next time I am in El Salvador."

"This is a old and dirty place, humidity odor, washroom with mold. No water pressure impossible to take a shower. The worst part, my wife and daughter were attacked by a big dog, owned by the receptionist. The dog broke my wife purse and daughter got a terrible panic and nobody helped them. Terrible experience. Expedia need to report this place. DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL"

"El lugar es muy céntrico, cerca de todo, sin embargo la cama es incomoda, el personal, no es atento pero tampoco grosero, te ayudan, pero no estan atentos a hacerlo por iniciativa."
