"The staff and service at Dorsett was what stood out for us. We landed early and Dorsett was able to store our luggage. Since the hotel was within walking distance to Time Square, we were able to spend a few hours in the area and had a great time. The hotel shuttle staff was so friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was very convenient to get to the MTR especially on the hot summer days in HK. Additionally, they gave us instructions on how to take local bus/subways to the destination we want. Lastly, we loved the self-laundry service - easy to use and very convenient. We've been travelling for over 10 days and having a hotel that doesn't charge an arm and a leg on laundry was great."

The location is reasonably close to the TST MTR station and easily accessible via the underground pedway system. The pool on the 15th floor was also a welcome relief for the hot, humid summer days.
