"Our stay at the Grand Hilai Sun Moon Lake far exceeded our expectations. The welcome we received was warm and attentive, we felt right at home the moment we stepped through the door to our room. The view of the lake was breathtaking and the room was decorated so nicely. The General Managers and staff were so helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is generous and delicious. The spa experience was top notch and Jasmine, my therapist was so intuitive and had a wonderful touch. The Grand Halai is one of the best experiences I’ve had top to bottom. "After staying at Fleur de Chine for 3 nights at Sun Moon Lake we had breakfast and lunch before taking the free hotel bus back. It is amazing that as we leave several staff waved and bowed to us as we left. We enjoyed our stay at Fleur de Chine. The breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious and we tried out some local flavors. I loved swimming in the pool, and we both enjoyed the mineral baths."
