"Check in was the worst I have ever experienced, he was rude and made me feel like a nuisance, I got escorted to a cash point because it cost 100 diram minimum to use the card machine, only for the cash point to give me 5x100 notes (66) 😂😂 he almost shouted at me, I told him keep the change mate. The property was basic but ok, the waiters and cooks do deliver world class service. Overall I would recommend this place I just feel that the reception staff should learn from the waiters and cooks....

"Our host Younes was very friendly and accommodating and helped us out when we had a problem with the key. The flat has undergone recent refurbishment and has a brand new clean bathroom. The kitchen seems to be awaiting an upgrade but on the whole the place was very ccomfortable with a fantastic roof top terrace. "We had a group of 8 women staying here and the place itself is lovely. The pool is amazing and we enjoyed having the house manager make us breakfast and coffee everyday and a few tagine dinners as well! They were amazing.
