"Naiwok Hills is a very nice Resort. It was my first time there and I have nothing to complain. It’s a chilled quiet place and my house was very clean. The staff was very helpful and even transfered me back to the port when I checked out and had to get the ferry. "We had a big and beautifull room with a big and comfy bed. The bathroom was also spacious with a big enclosed shower, great for not showeing the hole bathroom and everything in it while taking a shower. Our room was on the 3 floor so we had a nice view over the pool with palm trees. We did not use the pool that much. It is a tiny pool with only 4 sunbeds so you have to be early to get a spot. But its only 10 min walking to the beach. Very clean. Very nice and helpfull staff. Great location....

"We had a beachfront pool villa (number 44) for 5 nights, it was like paradise. All the staff were amazing particularly Andy and Noe but Joe San, Foam, Ad Lin, Bank, Pla, Ziny and Chef Win absolutely excellent! We will definitely return one day. Breakfast was lovely, dinners were delicious and cocktails great, happy hour is most of the day. There was something that we didn't like but it has nothing to do with the staff or hotel but other guests, please dont go to breakfast or dinner in just your swim wear, be respectful and considerate of others, unfortunately some people from other cultures are not, also be nice to the staff, they are so lovely and do all they can to assist."
