"An amazing property and very welcoming. Some personal touches added such as welcome gift and departure gift to cherish our memories. A special thank you to Neha and Rajendra who looked after everything for my arrival and Srishti whilst I was there who checked me in and out always with a welcoming smile. She is worthy of being in a senior position. The room was upgraded and although some minor renovation required the quality and cleanliness was impeccable. Others in reception were also really at tentative and breakfast was a marvel. The most amazing I fly tasty food. It’s definately a property I will visit when in Chennai again for sure.
