"Nice facility however, staff appear to have little or no training. Our toilet had not been cleaned, urine splashes everywhere. Bar/restaurant service was very slow and staff although they tried hard didn’t appear to know what they were doing. Coffee was cold, eggs were served cold, very disappointing."

We then ended up staying at Hôtel MENABE'L, which is normally a cheaper hotel. We still had to pay the price for Bira Hotel, which was 50% higher than the listed price on Hôtel MENABE'L.
