"La experiencia en el departamento fue excelente. Solo con un detalle para el acceso, ya que nos mandaron un correo solamente al registrado en la reserva, no al del usuario de hoteles.com y el no vió el correo antes de la llegada. La llegada es autónoma y depende de codigos de acceso, por lo que debes de estar atento y tener estos datos a la mano antes de su llegada. La localización es excelente, la decoración es de muy buen gusto, todo funciona perfecto. Tiene aspiradora, aire acondicionado...

We paid for transfer from airport to hotel then had to pay for uber to take us to a hotel we had to book while standing stranded on the streets. it has been 6 days now and the property still has not REFUNDED MY MONEY!!"
