"No geral o hotel é bom, porem tive um incidente grave no ultimo dia. Quando estava tomando cafe fui abordado pelo recepcionista que fez questao de dizer que meu quarto nao tinha direito a café, sendo que reservei o quarto com hotel cortesia. No fim nao tomei cafe e ainda passei por essa humilhação,mesmo tendo provado que o servico estava incluso"

"No geral, a estadia foi bem boa. O fato de emprestarem toalha e disponibilizarem cadeiras e guarda sol ajuda muito da dinamica da praia. Quartos espaçosos e limpos. Dos dois quartos laterais que alugamos, o 305 tinha uma excelente vista para o mar. O 308, a vista era parcialmente tampada por um outro predio. Mesmo padrão, mas experiencias bem diferentes. O café da manhã achei bem fraco, poucas opções e nada muito bom. Pessoal da recepção é atencioso. ponto negativo é o Restaurante Trilegal que...

"Pretty old property. Staff was very friendly. We never had anyone clean our room so we just set our trash outside the room. It was there for days. Basically a motel 6!"

"One of the managers and cleaning ladies walked into my room while I was resting on my bed. They enter the rooms while you are in there. Very weird. Also, there was a sink in the room outside of the bathroom. Seemed weird. "

"Equipe simpática e atenciosa. Quarto amplo com infraestrutura adequada. O chuveiro tem problema para regular a temperatura, ou é água pelando ou fria. Localização excelente, próximo à praia. O que mais surpreendeu foi o café da manhã. Muita qualidade. A variedade de frutas é fantástica."

"Very clean, quaint hotel, the staff was very helpful Gave us many suggestions a plus was umbrella and chairs for the beach. We definitely recommend it would go back. Location is awesome. Probably connects to the beach four minute walk to all the shops and restaurants specious very user-friendly. I loved it five stars."

"The property location is one of the best in Canasvieiras, as it is in a calmer part of the beach. The staff was great, kind and professional. Shout out to Renan and Luigi. The hotel has a safe, designated parking area. The breakfast is good enough to keep you going.The only sad note is the bad painting job done at the room we stayed at (301), rooftop. Other than that, the private rooftop pool and the beach's view are simply outstanding, and they make up for the bad painting job...."
