"La pasamos muy bien en el resort y, en general, tuvimos una buena experiencia. El lugar es agradable, el personal fue atento y disfrutamos nuestra estadía. Sin embargo, considero que la relación calidad-precio podría ser mejor. En mi opinión, por alrededor de $150 por noche sería una muy buena opción, pero pagando cerca de $250 por noche, creo que existen otros resorts que ofrecen una experiencia y servicios superiores por ese precio."

"The hotel was nice, staff went above and beyond to make guests happy, clean rooms, nice beach, my only complaint is the food. Breakfast and lunch only buffet option and the food was the same everyday. Very blend, huge lines, and just not great. Dinner time we went to the specialty restaurants which had better quality food. Overall we enjoyed our stay but got super tired of the same meals."

"We booked a room with a Mountain View and couldn’t have been happier. Love the use of shipping containers as rooms. Porch looking onto the mountains was meditative. Hotel restaurant dinner was excellent with good prices. Breakfast was included. Also excellent. Friendly staff."

"This is one of the most interesting & eclectically decorated places I’ve ever stayed. It literally is like a museum. Cesar was in charge of reception, dining, and overall stay while we were there & he was fabulous!! If you are staying in El Valle, this is an absolute must stay. We had dinner & breakfast there & the food was delicious. Service is top notch. Would return in a heartbeat!! Wish we had more days there."

"This is a beautiful property with clean, comfortable rooms and a very well-maintained pool. The entire property is beautifully kept and has a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant getaway."
