"Well-maintained, attractive, peaceful property with beautiful plants throughout. Hammock, garden and table outside the room was nice addition. Pool warm and good size. Would have liked to have had access to coffee, milk and juices and not had to ask staff. Otherwise breakfast was good."

"We were terribly disappointed with communications with the property. The internet site says that a door code is sent 24 hours before checkin but on the morning of our arrival we still had not received a code. We tried for 3 hours whatsapp and calling direct but no repsonse. As we were looking at a 2.5 hour bus trip from Panama city to the hotel we were anxious to make contact and get a code. As we had booked thru Expedia we turned to them and they also were unable to contact the hotel from 8:00 till 11:00. So by 11:00 we were completly frustrated and as we were writing a letter to cancel and them book elsewhere the hotel finally responded. Very frustating for 70 year old travellers to be unable to commuicate with a hotel during normal business hours."

"the property is gorgeous and the rooms are comfortable and nice. Don't expect a tv in your room, or a refrigerator. It is more like a very nice bed and breakfast. the restaurant was very nice and moderately priced and breakfast, which is included, was also very good. It is about a 10 minute drive to the little main area of the Valle but not bad. The pool was nice enough, but small. The staff is very friendly and helpful."

"Christophe and his family were amazing hosts. The breakfast was incredible and fit for a king. The grounds, room and pool were decorated beautifully and very well maintained. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We highly recommend this place."
