"We booked this place for a week in Oct 2024. It is on a quiet residential gated area and we had the use of a quiet swimming pool for our stay. It was lovely. The property is near the top of the hill which gives you fantastic views of Caleta de Fuste from the roof terrace. We walked down to Caleta each day which took us about 40 mins but you might be able to do quicker. "Pros: La casa apenas la disfrutamos ( estábamos todo el día fuera) pero fue muy agradable y cómoda en general el tiempo que estuvimos en ella Cons: Si tengo que poner pegas como dicen otros viajeros el wifi no llegaba a las habitaciones pero para nosotros no supuso mucho problema, si tengo que hacer mención a la iluminación de la terraza y salón ( algo escasa)"

"Pros: Hemos llegado un poco tarde y , al avisar al anfitrión ( Víctor ) , se ofreció a recogernos en el aeropuerto , porque estaba cerca; Aunque no fue necesario, al llegar al apartamento nos sorprendimos por encontrar el aparcamiento privado súper cerca , la tranquilidad y lo bonito y cómodo que era el apartamento....aunque solo fuimos una noche , nos había dejado vino y chocolate sobre la mesa... muy buena combinación. "Pros: La ubicación de la propiedad, ya que lugar que visitamos nos gusta conocer, está bien comunicada tanto del norte de la isla ejemplo Cotillo, Corralejo, Cofete etc., como al sur ejemplo Costa Calma, Morro Jable, a mitad de camino de cada zona, a 10 minutos del aeropuerto y a 15 del puerto del rosario."
