In the heart of the old town, this 20m² studio (+5m² balcony) is a gem for two people.
Completely refurbished, it enjoys stunning views over the rooftops of old Antibes.
It is located on the second floor without a lift (but the steps are easy to climb).
Just a few steps from Rue de la République and about 400 metres from the covered market, it is close to all the shops in old Antibes yet very quiet thanks to its location (2nd floor with no overlooking neighbours).
La Gravette beach is about a 7-10 minute walk away.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances: washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, traditional oven and induction hob.

WIFI and television are available via FIBRE OPTIC.

The south/south-east facing balcony is perfect for al fresco dining.
Prices are ALL INCLUSIVE: Linen, cleaning, electricity, free WiFi and local channels, Netflix available, HDMI and USB ports on the TV.

Appartement très agréable avec une superbe vue. Très facile à vivre : nombreux placards, lave-vaisselle, lave et sèche linge, très bon canapé lit et très facile à déplier. Calme et vue sur le vieil Antibes et très proche de tous les commerces et restaurants. Très bon séjour. A conseillé vivement

The apt was clean and right in the centre of the old town. There was no elevator and it’s top floor so a bit difficult to carry a heavy suitcase. The apt was very small and had nog blinds for the windows. Resulting in Burning sun in your Face when You wake up. The apt is Only made for one person, I wouldn’t recommend anything else. There was a lot of noise from a neighbouring building at night.

The apartment was clean and very bright. The bathroom is fully renovated and very nice. The space is a little bit small, but a good size for 1-2 people. The check in process was a little bit complicated, but everyone was very friendly and responded quickly. Highly recommend this for a stay in Antibes! The location is perfect, and the noise level is minimal.

Studio propre , trés confortable , le lit est douillet , trés spacieux , on y dort vraiment bien , linge trés propre , petite trousse de toilettes de bienvenue . Charmante vue sur les toits du viel antibes , le petit café du matin pris sur le balcon est bien agréable avec le gazouillis des oiseaux . La climatisation était tres appréciable durant le séjour en cette période de canicule de quelques jours . Tout est à proximité , boulangerie, carrefour market , restaurants , boutiques, plages , marché aux saveurs . Régine est toujours à l 'écoute , trés dispo, sympa comme tout en cas de petits soucis ou infos lors du séjour . j ai donc passé un excellent séjour dans ce studio bien au calme , et cette charmante ville gorgée de tant d'histoires . Je vous le conseille donc les yeux fermés .

Regina's apartment is perfectly located close to cafes, restaurants, and shops all within a few minutes walk. I am staying here for 4 months as I attend school in Sophia Antipolis and the bus stop is a 3 minute walk as well. The studio itself is recently renovated (past few months) with all the appliances and space needed for a single person or a couple. I am able to live here very comfortably with the new furniture and ample space in the bathroom. I will be sure to recommend this apartment to my friends in the future. Google translation: L'appartement de Regina est idéalement situé à proximité des cafés, des restaurants et des boutiques tous à quelques minutes de marche. Je reste ici pendant 4 mois que je fréquente l'école à Sophia Antipolis et l'arrêt de bus se trouve à 4 minutes de marche aussi bien. Le studio lui-même a été récemment rénové (quelques mois passés) avec tous les appareils et l'espace nécessaires pour une personne seule ou un couple. Je suis capable de vivre ici très confortablement avec le nouveau mobilier et un grand espace dans la salle de bains. Je vais être sûr de recommander cet appartement à mes amis à l'avenir.
