This amazing 2 bedroom apartment is located in the center of Antibes, perfectly located near the old town and the beaches.
New apartment located at the 3rd floor of the building facing south, with a superb, breathtaking and panoramic view of the old town and the Cap d'Antibes.

Ideally located, within walking distance of everything you need for a perfect trip! As a matter of fact, the beach within 5 minutes, the marina is 2 minutes, the markets and shops of Antibes are seconds away. Cafes, bars and restaurants are minutes away. grocery stores are nearby.

The apartment is bright with a large 35m² living room and wooden floors throughout. A large picture window opens onto the terrace with a table and four chairs for "fresh" breakfasts and dinners. Two quiet rooms overlook an interior garden, and can accommodate 4 people. They are fitted with floor-to-ceiling cupboards. there is a large double bed in one and two single beds in the other. The bathroom has 1 marble sinks, a bath and a heated towel rail. The toilets are separate and independent. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, washing machine, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, etc ... with lots of quality dishes and utensils.

AC is installed in each room but it is mobile AC blocks. In order to cool bedrooms, we have connected them to the windows and windows are then not properly closed. Safety is not endangered.

Nous avons trouvé en arrivant un appartement mal entretenu, vitres sales ainsi que certains ustensiles de cuisine, panière cassée, hotte de cuisine ne fonctionnant pas, sièges des tabourets déchirés, coussins du canapé vieux et sales, oreillers et couettes jaunis et tachés, éclairage défectueux. Globalement, il y a un problème électrique dans cet appartement et nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude 2 jours sur trois. Le prix payé, à savoir 703 € pour 3 nuits, est tout à fait disproportionné. Dommage ! Bien entretenu, cet appartement serait agréable ! L'agence BNB Renting, alertée par SMS, messagerie vocale et mail n'a jamais répondu et n'a pas été joignable.
