## Neighborhood

This apartment is located in the famous district of Antibes called "la Salis". Known for its fine sandy beaches and its superb seaside atmosphere, the beach of Salis is the last beach of Antibes before entering
 
at Cap d'Antibes, just after Ponteil beach. It is one of the best known beaches of Antibes and attracts many holidaymakers in summer.

This beach is in direct contact with the road. The apartment is 100 meters from the beach.

Nice view of the Cap d'Antibes, the old town and the small fishing port of Salis.

SNCF Antibes Train Station is 1.9 km away and 2.2 km from Juan les Pins SNCF Train Station.
By car: A8 motorway exit Antibes 20 minutes from the housing
By bus from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport: Bus n ° 200 - "Place de Gaulle" stop in Antibes which is 15 minutes walk from the accommodation.

Appartement en réalité assez petit et limite au niveau de la propreté ( joints salle de bains sales, remontées égouts, poubelle mal nettoyée..) Bonne situation par rapport à la plage et la vieille ville parcontre gros problème de stationnement.. pas de places attribuées au niveau du parking du coup si plus de places obligation de se garer à l’extérieur de la résidence.. Et pour finir accueil et explication assez rapide de la part de l’agence qui était pressée du coup assez expéditif.. dommage!
