"We ate at proof for breakfast and dinner. Overall service is slow and not clean. There is greasy odor in the restaurant when you walk in. I had to ask for a new glass of water because the glass was dirty. It is slightly disappointment for four season level hospitality. "

"My family and I arrived late at night and the staff was friendly and kind. They helped us check-in easily and even offered a call service to check to make sure the room was to our liking."
