Villa situated 1 km far from the town of Pedania de la Higuera, in Antequera, province of Malaga, Andalusia.

The holiday home disposes of a field of 3000 m². The property is situated at about 1 km from the village of Pedania de La Higuera, where you will find any kind of stores, which will fulfil your basic needs.

The house has a living room with fireplace and an independent kitchen. There are two bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom is provided with a whirlpool bathtub. The house is provided with electric heaters, a dishwasher, an oven, a baby bed, etc.

The house has washing machine, barbecue, terrace, parking lot and the access to the farm. Outside there is a lawn and a swimming pool, the perfect spot to refresh yourself during the hot Andalusian summer days.

Ein super angenehmer Aufenthalt El Torcal ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub, vielen Dank 🤩 Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Klimaanlage ist überall im Wohnzimmer und in allen Schlafzimmern, der gepflegte Pool und der Eigentümer stehen zur Verfügung und greifen bei Bedarf sofort ein. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, vielen Dank 🙏

Die Lage ist weit von der Zivilisation entfernt und etwas versteckt, aber mit GPS kein Problem. Haus sehr privat und schöne Natur, schöner privater Pool und ordentliches WiFi. Guter Grillplatz mit allem was man braucht. Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer. Insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, Zeit zum Entspannen und Privatsphäre.

Es ist eine perfekte Unterkunft, um ein paar Tage eingezäunt und mit Privatsphäre zu verbringen. Tomas, der Besitzer, ist eine nette Person, sehr freundlich. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft, um mit der Familie zu rabattieren und zu genießen, zu grillen, in der Nähe der Stadt gibt es gute Metzgereien.

Leider hatten wir Wasserschnitte. Etwas fremd für den Besitzer.Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt zum Ausruhen. Eine schöne Seite. Wenn das Wasserproblem nicht gewesen wäre, wäre der so große Garten wunderschön gewesen. Auf 700m gibt es einen perfekten Supermarkt, um einzukaufen, ohne in die Stadt gehen zu müssen.

Ein erholsames Wochenende, wo ich das gute Wetter genießen konnte, Grillen, das Haus mit allem ausgestattet, den Whirlpool mit spektakulärer Hydromassage, das Beste von allem, was ich mit meinen Hunden unternehmen konnte und wir haben alles genossen, der Besitzer war sehr korrekt und nett zu ihm. Thema meiner Hunde vor allem.

Finca ist gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet, Kühl-/Gefrierkombi und Spüler sind neuwertig. Zufahrt ist ein unbefestigter Weg, auf dem das Unkraut stellenweise sehr hoch stand und unangenehm am Unterboden entlang geschliffen ist. Im näheren Umfeld befanden sich 3 Hähne, die von frühmorgens bis abends am Krähen waren, gerne auch mal in der Nacht. Das fanden wir schon etwas nervig. Die Bewertungen anderer, dass es dort sehr ruhig sei, können wir insoweit nicht bestätigen. Das Anwesen selbst ist aber sehr schön. Die Finca liegt abgeschieden, was uns aber im Vorfeld bekannt war. Die Pumpe vom Pool fiel 1x aus, wurde aber umgehend repariert. Leider war die Verständigung mit dem Vermieter trotz Übersetzungs-App etwas dürftig, da wir kein Spanisch und der Vermieter auch kein Englisch spricht. Entgegen seiner Aussage dass in Spanien kein Müll getrennt wird, können wir sagen, dass insbesondere in den Orten Container für Pappe, Glas, etc. stehen. Z.B. bei der Tankstelle im ca. 6 km entfernten Villanueva de la Concepcion, durch den man meistens ohnehin kommt. In dem Ort gibt es auch einen gut sortierten Supermarkt. Unser Rückflug ging erst am Abend. Da wohl keine neuen Gäste den Tag kamen, durften wir über die eigentliche Check-out-Zeit hinaus bleiben. Dafür sagen wir nochmals Dankeschön.

Pasamos 6 días estupendos, la casa es cómoda y tiene de todo. La piscina está muy bien y estábamos muy agusto en el jardín. La recomendamos sin duda para pasar unos días tranquilos

Haus gut ausgestattet und sauber bei unserer Ankunft. Keine Klimaanlage, aber das Haus ist cool. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und vollständig umschlossen. Rund um den Pool gibt es Schatten, ohne dass ein Regenschirm benötigt wird. Ein kühler Pool, aber schön, wenn es heiß ist. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus für Ihren Urlaub, als Paar, mit Kindern oder mit Freunden. Andererseits sind die Straßen, die zum Dorf führen, Bergstraßen, wodurch sich die Fahrzeiten verlängern.

Nous avons loué ce bien du 26.09.2016 au 03.10.2016. Si vous recherchez le calme et la tranquillité, cette maison vous conviendra parfaitement. Par contre, si vous souhaitez avoir accès à des lieux plus touristiques ou plus de divertissements aux alentours, sans devoir faire beaucoup de route, nous vous le déconseillons. La maison est très bien équipée et très propre. Pour des vacances paisibles, c'est le top!!
