"Easy access by Tram from Airport. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and museums and galleries within a short walk (10-15 mins)"

"However, was snookered either at the hotel or by a taxi driver. As I was almost out of Euros I paid by credit card at the hotel for a 4am ride to the airport. The taxi driver wouldn't accept that so I gave him my last cash. Not sure how else I could have resolved that."

"This place is exceptional. We were told by a local that the site was a bank for a long time before being converted to a hotel. The vibe couldn’t be any cooler. It is located in an ideal spot near the train station and the Duomo. It has a courtyard that you want to sit out in at night rather than go anywhere else. Make sure you add the breakfast buffet, it is solid. The cafe and late night bar are worth hitting up as well. The rooms are really cool as well. We stayed in Heaven and our room was well appointed. Everything in the mini bar is free for the first round. I thought that was a nice touch. 5 out of 5"

"Warm welcome. Very comfortable bed (although my partner was not a fan of the pillows). Surprisingly quiet considering the busy street outside. Good breakfast. Really convenient location for all Florence’s top visitor spots."
